Tools to Organize Your Business

Guys, Asana totally changed the way I organize and plan my to-do list daily. Asana is a project management tool Before I discovered Asana, I had some of my to-do list on paper, brain dumping ideas here and there, and some of my stuff on Trello.

Now, I log in to my laptop every day and know what task to dive straight in and where to find my important files. I’m hitting my deadlines better than ever before. I use Asana to plan and organize everything from my weekly to-do calendar, workflows, swipe files, to content planning.

If you have a team, Asana will definitely help you run a more efficient team. Best of all, it’s free. The premium version is still very affordable and great if you manage more complex team projects.

Trello has similar features as Asana for project management. It may not be as powerful as Asana but has a smoother learning curve and prettier visuals.

Although I use Asana to manage my own business projects, I still use Trello for things like organizing client files and client communication. You can sign up for free here.

G Suite

G Suite is the go-to choice for small business owners to get email (with your own domain), cloud storage, calendar, and office tools like Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. The basic $6 per month plan has all you need to get started.
