I’m so excited that you decided to join my family of clients! I put together a little welcome kit outlining the next steps for you to take so we can get started + what you can expect from working with me.



☑️ Sign your contract (sent to you via HelloSign)

☑️ Pay your first invoice (sent to you via Wave)

☑️ Share your Pinterest and Tailwind usernames and passwords with me via LastPass. LastPass is a tool that allows you to share passwords securely. (Click here for instructions on how to share passwords using LastPass). Please note that my LastPass email address is maythanda@gmail.com (my personal email address). If you don’t want to use LastPass, please send them to me in a GoogleDoc instead.

☑️ Share your branding board, or brand colors and fonts (for clients requiring pin design work only).

☑️ Answer the Client Questionnaire so we can plan a Pinterest strategy aligned with your business goals. Click here for the questionnaire. (You can skip some of the questions if they have been answered during our initial call).


Office Hours:

My office hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Singapore Time (GMT+8). This translates to the following times depending on where you are.

North America:

  • 8pm to 5am PT

  • 7pm to 3am MT

  • 8pm to 4am CT

  • 9pm to 5am ET


  • 2am to 10am WET

  • 3am to 11am CET

  • 3am to 12pm EET


My time zone is the same as AWST.

During this time, messages from clients will get responded to within a few hours. If a message is received outside of normal office hours, you can expect a reply within 24 hours.

I adhere to a strict confidentiality code. Your information and is safe and I will not use any of the confidential information other than for the purposes of business. Please refer to the “Confidentiality” section of the Service Agreement.
